  Radhika's "Tea Story" is a fine blend of warmth and originality. She is a celebrated and most loved tea sommelier in India, renowned for her bubbly energy and charisma. She is the "go to" curator for Tea Bars, Tea Ceremonies, Tea Menus, Tea Parties, and Tea Customisations in gifting too.
- Radhika has a rich and diverse background in the corporate world. She holds an MBA degree and has worked with the world's topmost advertising agency, McCann Erickson, and then the multinational conglomerate, the Tata Group, with the founding team of Noel Tata's TRENT (Westside).

- She left it all for the love of Chai and became the first mover in the tea category in 2006, by pioneering her version of a desi "Tea Ceremony", a much-needed trick to entice and woo the country which then, was barely aware of tea, beyond Chai.
- She went on to partner with the father of Darjeeling organic teas in our country, Mr. Bansal of Ambootia Group / ex-chairman of tea board, to work with fair trade and 100% Certified Organic tea gardens while updating her tea expertise and becoming a sought after "Tea Sommelier" having certified under the aegis of Ceylon Teas chair Mr Mel's Academy in 2006.
- By 2013, thanks to her tea ceremonies getting popular and pushing sales in the tea category at Godrej Nature's Basket, every time she hosted an appreciation, the Godrej family invited her to start her own biodynamic brand and that's when Radhika's Fine Teas & Whatnots was launched across 32 stores of India, trending amongst the top 3 beverage brands till Godrej sold its stake in 2018.

- Radhika was the only Asian brand chosen in a worldwide pitch, to set up her Tea Bar and Tea Menu for Kempinski hotels worldwide for their Oman Resort. She was also the only Indian sommelier invited to launch international brands like Yauatcha, Haagen-Dazs patisserie, Facebook Asia's tea bar for rising women in media, and more as well as invited to the Indian Counsellete General in NewYork for her achievements.
- Today, Radhika's Fine Teas is a premium signature tea brand, that has been tantalising many a palate in urban Indian households via E-commerce and Fine Dining.
